Blending elements of botany, mindfulness, and sensory awareness, we’ll take time to notice the details—the textures of leaves, the scent of the soil, the sound of wind in trees.
There’s no pressure to identify every plant (though we may meet a few along the way!). Instead, the focus is on slowing down, being present, and allowing nature to do what it does best—restore and inspire. We may include moments of quiet, light breathing exercises, nature journaling, or simply walking together in peaceful companionship.
